To all the staff at AutoZest, Thank you all so much for fixing my Commodore car (my old girl). I am so happy and wish you all good luck & best wishes. My son Duane took it to you. From a very happy customer,

I found the team at AutoZest to be friendly and highly professional. They communicated openly with me about what maintenance was needed for my car and gave me detailed cost breakdowns before doing any work so I was always in the loop. I love the fact that they are local and so easily accessible. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a carby problem, could have charged over a thousand dollars, but turned out to be a small problem and was a cheap fix

I recently bought an American sports car and it ran like a dog. The car would hiccup and took on the role of a kangaroo hopping down the road. Dropped the car in to the local mechanic and he said the problem was in the carby and someone has already had it apart. So it was removed and sent to Autozest – Complete Auto Care & Carburettor Exchange for an overhaul. This car is fitted with a special type of Holley designed for this Mopar powered car and is unusual. It would seem that this particular Holley is ported differently than normal Holley's and one of the gaskets had covered up an important passage way.AutoZest tracked down the problem and fixed it. Now it runs like a swiss watch. My grin is from ear to ear.

I own and restore Packard cars and finding someone who knows about carburettors and how to repair them is difficult. I was recommended to AutoZest – Complete Auto Care & Carburettor Exchange by a friend of mine who said they did quality work. So, I took in as many pieces of the original carburettor as I could find so they could restore it. Well it turned out that my V12 Packard carby was in bad shape. The body was warped and cracked, the shaft was worn and parts were missing. After searching the internet for bits to no avail, they pinned and machined the body and overhauled the carby. They also machined up a choke fast idle cam and linkage. While trying to fit it to vehicle, it was discovered that after sitting in pieces for 40 years, the insulation block between the carby and manifold was missing. So a block was also machined up to suit. Thanks guys, I am over the moon with the whole job. I’ll be sending you another two soon.
